The Alliance is hosting an all new annual event geared towards healthcare and aging professionals on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Jungle Island. “The Changing Face of Aging” features keynote speaker Harry (Rick) Moody, Ph.D., past Vice President and Director of Academic Affairs for AARP.   Rick is an expert on aging, a prolific author and a gifted speaker. The event will include “Bio-Medical Ethics” a continuing education session at 9:30 a.m., an Industry Expo and Networking Luncheon at 11:00 a.m., and a post- luncheon session on “Age Branding” at 2:30 p.m.  Led by Madeleine Arritola, Director of Medicare and Individual Health for AvMed, and a volunteer committee of seasoned community leaders, The Changing Face of Aging is expected to attract more than 400 professionals in the field of healthcare and aging. The Alliance has consolidated three annual events into this one, all-inclusive event in order to allow previous and new supporters to stretch their sponsorship dollars while maintaining or creating a strong
level of commitment.
