CCE Program

Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program

The CCE program provides community-based services to help functionally impaired older people live in the least restrictive yet most cost-effective environment suitable to their needs. Eligible clients may receive services, including:

  • Adult day care
  • Case management
  • Chore
  • Companionship
  • Consumable medical supplies
  • Counseling
  • Escort
  • Emergency alert response
  • Emergency home repair
  • Home-delivered meals
  • Homemaker

Individuals must be age 60 or older and functionally impaired, as determined by an initial comprehensive assessment and annual reassessments.
