Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills for options counseling, outreach presentations, and training
purposes. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Computer skills required. Bachelor’s in Social
Work or related human services field. Experience in case management, elder social services network and Medicaid programs. Prefer
trilingual (Eng/Span/Creole.), but not required.

excellent oral and written communication skills for monitoring providers to ensure programmatic compliance and conducting in service
trainings. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Computer proficiency required. Bachelor’s
in Social Services or related human services field plus (2) years experience in aging services with a governmental and/or non-profit
experience required. Experience in case management, elder social services network and Medicaid programs preferred.
