Older Americans Act RFP
Notice of Funding Availability:
The Alliance for Aging, the Area Agency on Aging for Miami-Dade and Monroe
Counties, announces the availability of funding under the Older Americans Act, to
contract with qualified parties to provide Support Services, Nutrition Services, and
National Family Caregiver Services to individuals aged 60 and older, in Miami-Dade
and Monroe Counties for the calendar years 2010-2012. These services must
comply with the 2009 Department of Elder Affairs Program and Services
Handbook. The current projection of funding available to Miami-Dade and Monroe
Counties for the initial contract period of January 1, 2010 through December 31,
2010 is $12,736,564. Funding will be awarded on a competitive basis. For more
